For heavier aluminum frames, equipment bases and recurring weldments, the weld is one part of the manufacturing scope. FWM reviews cutting, forming, welding, supporting machining and mechanical assembly together against your drawings.
Send the alloy and temper, material thicknesses, overall dimensions, weld symbols and critical mounting interfaces. Include the first-build quantity and expected repeat releases so the team can assess the production plan as well as the part.
