Machining Capabilities

CNC Saws

High-precision automatic saws for cutting aluminum extrusions, bar stock, and tubing to length. Tight-tolerance cuts with minimal material waste, feeding directly into downstream machining and fabrication operations.

CNC Milling

3-axis and multi-axis milling centers for complex aluminum and stainless components. Pocket milling, profiling, drilling, and tapping operations with tolerances to ±0.003" on critical features.

CNC Turning

Precision turning for round components including fittings, adapters, and custom hardware. Live tooling capability for milling operations in a single setup, reducing handling and improving concentricity.

Secondary Operations

Deburring, tapping, countersinking, reaming, and surface finishing. Integrated secondary operations ensure parts are weld-ready or assembly-ready without additional handling.
