Capability
Integrated CNC machining for fabricated aluminum and stainless assemblies
FWM machines aluminum and stainless components that feed directly into welded and assembled OEM products. CNC milling, turning, extrusion machining, drilling, tapping, weld preparation, and secondary operations remain coordinated with fabrication and inspection under one roof.
Best for
OEMs needing machined aluminum or stainless features integrated into FWM-built weldments and assemblies.
Product types
Fittings, adapters, brackets, machined extrusions, weld-prep components, hardware, and custom parts.

Machined, measured, and ready for the next operation.
Parts move from raw material through required machined features, drawing-based checks, welding, and assembly on the same U.S. manufacturing floor.
- CNC Milling & Turning
- Drawing-based feature review
- In-house dimensional checks
Live from our U.S. floorHow this capability fits
Machining supports the products FWM fabricates.
FWM's machining capacity is integrated with the aluminum and stainless weldments, skids, frames, extrusions, and OEM assemblies produced in Hudson. Milling, drilling, tapping, turning, weld preparation, and final interface features are planned as part of the complete build-to-print manufacturing sequence. Standalone machining work is reviewed when it fits the equipment and production program.
Machining Capabilities
CNC Saws
Automatic saws cut aluminum extrusions, bar stock, and tubing to length for downstream machining, welding, and assembly operations.
CNC Milling
CNC milling for profiles, pockets, holes, tapped features, weld preparation, and assembly interfaces. Required features and tolerances are reviewed against the drawing before quoting.
CNC Turning
CNC turning for fittings, adapters, spacers, and other round components used in FWM-built products and assemblies.
Secondary Operations
Deburring, tapping, countersinking, reaming, and surface finishing. Integrated secondary operations ensure parts are weld-ready or assembly-ready without additional handling.
