• Uploaded files: drawings, specifications, CAD files, and other documents you submit so we can review and prepare an estimate.

• Order and delivery information: shipping and billing addresses, receiving requirements, carrier preferences, and purchase references you provide for an order review.

• Review your requirements and prepare quotes and estimates;

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing (see Section 5, Text Messaging (SMS)). We rely on trusted third-party processors to operate the Site, including providers for form submission and handling, email delivery, file hosting, and website analytics. These providers process information only on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

When enabled, address autocomplete is provided by Google Maps Platform. Text entered into an autocomplete-enabled address field and the address you select may be processed by Google to return suggestions and structured address components. Use of this feature is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Manual address entry remains available if autocomplete is unavailable.

FWM Inc. and its divisions, FWM Docks / EZ Dock Northeast and Rugged Aluminum Trailers, may send text messages to people who give us a mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example by checking the text message box on one of our forms, asking a member of our team to text them, or texting us first. These messages are about your inquiry, quote, order, delivery, installation, service and account, plus replies to messages you send us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with anyone for those purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our phone and messaging provider, only to deliver and support our messages. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, perform our services, maintain business and accounting records, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
