Welded aluminum frames
Fabricated aluminum frames, welded and staged for shipment from the FWM floor. The same manufacturing capabilities support equipment bases, skids and larger OEM assemblies.
A completed aluminum burner shed enclosure. FWM reviews enclosure and panel assemblies to the customer’s drawings, including material, mounting features and assembly requirements.

FWM reviews build-to-print support frames, base skids, equipment mounting assemblies, and structural roof dunnage for dehumidifiers, air handlers, and packaged rooftop equipment. These are structural support assemblies; flashing, weatherproofing, and building-envelope scope should be identified separately in the RFQ.
FWM is best suited for recurring OEM programs where aluminum or stainless steel fabrication, production welding, assembly, documentation, packaging, and coordinated machining support matter.
