Vaporizer manufacturing, from finned aluminum to a finished assembly.

FWM manufactures its own cryogenic vaporizer product line and supports OEM and private-label programs. These products give manufacturing buyers a concrete example of the assemblies we build.

The product and the work

A product line you can inspect, compare and discuss.

A manufactured product, with a defined application

FWM builds ambient-air vaporizers that use the surrounding air to turn cryogenic liquid into usable gas. Our DVAP line serves liquid-cylinder and Dewar withdrawal applications; AV models support larger gas-supply requirements. Final selection depends on the application and operating conditions.

Heat-transfer construction and fabricated assemblies

Finned aluminum heat-transfer elements and supporting frames come together as finished vaporizer assemblies. The shop photographs show the physical products and frame assemblies produced at FWM's Hudson, New Hampshire facility.

Specifications buyers can compare

The published product families provide model selection, flow information, dimensional resources and application-review paths. A buyer can move from the actual product to the information needed for an engineering discussion.

Three DVAP models. Defined flow information.

The DVAP family illustrates how a finished FWM assembly becomes a selectable product. Its published flow table lets a buyer compare models against run time before requesting application review.

Preliminary selection only. Gas service, pressure, duty cycle, ambient conditions, installation and applicable code requirements affect final selection and performance.

Flow ratings are sustained nitrogen / air ratings measured at 300 PSI with LN2 / air at 70F, listed by run time (4, 8, and 24 hour). Actual performance varies with ambient temperature, humidity, gas service, and duty cycle. Consult FWM for application-specific sizing before purchase.

Bring the same clarity to your OEM program.

For an OEM or private-label vaporizer, start with the gas service and operating conditions, product configuration, nameplate, forecast and release quantities. For a separate fabricated assembly, start with your drawing, material, critical interfaces and production plan.

FWM reviews the manufacturing, inspection, documentation and shipment scope before a program is quoted. Required certifications, code stamps, testing and outside processes must be confirmed for the specific job.

Define the first build and the repeat order.

  • Current drawing revision, material and critical dimensions.
  • First-article quantity, expected annual demand and release sizes.
  • Inspection records, material traceability and other required documents.
  • Branding, packaging, ship-to location and target date.
