Start from FWM's proven ambient air vaporizer designs and apply your branding, nameplate, and any configuration changes. The fastest path to a branded product line with the lowest engineering lift on your side.
Build to your print
Already have your own vaporizer design and drawings? FWM manufactures to your print and specifications, applying our fabrication, welding, testing, and documentation discipline to your existing product.
Custom-Engineered
High-pressure and stainless platforms
Some OEM and private-label programs require higher-pressure or stainless pressure-path configurations beyond standard aluminum ambient vaporizer platforms. FWM reviews these as custom-engineered work, confirming material, pressure rating, construction method, testing, and documentation by engineering review for the specific application.
Stainless steel pressure-path components, stainless-lined configurations, and specialty alloys may be available where appropriate. Hydro-expanded tube/fin construction can be used where appropriate for custom vaporizer and heat-exchanger assemblies. Final suitability depends on gas service, pressure, flow, duty cycle, ambient conditions, code requirements, cleaning requirements, and customer specifications.
