Define the gas and the duty
Start with what you are vaporizing and how hard the unit will work. Gas service and flow rate are the two inputs FWM needs before anything else.
- Gas service (LIN, LOX, LAR, LNG, H₂, He, or other)
- Required flow rate (SCFH, SCFM, lb/hr, or kg/hr)
- Operating pressure (PSIG or bar)
- Duty cycle: continuous, intermittent, or standby
Describe the installation
Ambient air vaporizer performance depends on the environment. Published ratings depend on gas service, ambient conditions, humidity, wind, pressure, run time, frost buildup, and installation spacing. Confirm final sizing with FWM.
- Install location and climate
- Available footprint and spacing around the unit
- Indoor or outdoor installation
- Connection size, type, and orientation
Note quantity, timing, and documentation
Quantity and schedule help FWM plan material and capacity. Note any documentation, oxygen-cleaning, or quality requirements your application carries.
- Quantity and any forecast for repeat orders
- Target delivery date
- Oxygen (O₂) cleaning requirements, if applicable
- Documentation or quality package requirements
Submit your RFQ
Submit your details through the vaporizer quote request and FWM's team will review your requirements and follow up. If you are replacing an existing unit, the replacement review path captures the existing-equipment details as well.
