FWM engineering review confirms the rating that applies to your conditions before purchase.

Can multiple FWM AV units be manifolded together?

Yes. FWM AV units can be manifolded for added capacity, redundancy, or defrost rotation. FWM reviews common inlet and outlet header sizing, pressure drop, unit spacing, and controls so the bank performs as intended. Final header and control design is set during engineering review.

Can FWM AV units support continuous duty?

VaporCore construction. FWM VaporCore heat-transfer construction: finned aluminum extrusions built to ASME B31.3, arranged 12 in on center with a 4 in gap, tip to tip. The fin count and length class are listed for each model. MAWP options are 250, 600, and 700 PSIG and are configuration dependent. Pressure rating is confirmed by FWM.

Gas conversion. For preliminary estimating only: oxygen capacity is approximately 0.92x the nitrogen rating and argon approximately 1.14x. Hydrogen, LNG, ethylene, and specialty-gas service require FWM engineering review for capacity, materials, pressure, and cleaning. FWM confirms final sizing.

Oxygen service. All units are cleaned for oxygen service. Oxygen-service cleaning and documentation are confirmed with FWM for the final configuration.
