Flow basis. Flow ratings are sustained nitrogen / air ratings measured at 300 PSI with LN2 / air at 70F, listed by run time (4, 8, and 24 hour). Actual performance varies with ambient temperature, humidity, gas service, and duty cycle. Consult FWM for application-specific sizing before purchase.
Service. DVAP units are sized for intermittent Dewar and single-cylinder withdrawal duty. For continuous high-flow service, the FWM AV Series ambient vaporizers are typically the better fit.
Connections. Standard easy-connect 90-degree fittings are supplied. Optional connection sizes and types are available on request; note your required connection on the quote and FWM will confirm it during engineering review.
Dimensions. Unit dimensions (H x W x D) are measured from the FWM 3D model; dry weights are approximate. Final dimensions are confirmed at engineering review, and a dimensioned reference drawing is available on request.
Compatibility. DVAP units are compatible with many standard cryogenic liquid cylinders and Dewars. Confirm cylinder compatibility with FWM for your specific gas service and vessel.
Oxygen service. All DVAP units are cleaned, sealed, and tagged for oxygen service. Final oxygen-service cleaning and documentation are confirmed with FWM for the delivered configuration.
Documentation. Datasheets, drawings, and documentation packages are available on request and confirmed during engineering review.
